Since the early ’90s, the Munich-born DJ has toured globally – from iconic events like Loveparade in Berlin and Mayday, Nature One and Parookaville to international venues like Street Parade, Creamfields UK, Avalon Los Angeles, The Edge Sao Paolo, WOMB Tokyo, Ministry Of Sound Singapore, Amnesia, Privilege, Space in Ibiza and many more his musical journey has been marked by diverse experiences. Along the way, he has collaborated with notable artists like Xavier Naidoo and produced remixes for Dave Gahan and Pet Shop Boys.. With 5 albums and so many hit singles like Overdose, Prosac, The Circle, Supersonic feat. Sister Bliss he has left an indelible mark on electronic music history. But it all started when Thomas Brückner a.k.a. Tomcraft released “Loneliness” in 2002, a progressive vocal track that topped the charts in the United Kingdom and exploded world-wide soon after. Since then, numerous remixes have emerged, including a recent reconstruction by DJs from Mars and Hardwell, gaining immediate popularity among dance music enthusiasts around the globe.
Tomcraft’s musical style has evolved over the years, transitioning from trance to electro house, and since 2007, finding a harmonious blend of these influences with a progressive house foundation. This marks a return to the melodic sound that characterized his original musical roots. After nearly three years and numerous releases self-managed under his NITRON Music, he has opted to honor Magik Muzik once more by signing “That Beat” to this Black Hole sublabel.
Of course, Tom couldn’t be the one who resisted the ongoing trend for the last 5 years called melodic techno, so he decided to dive into this popular world and try out his skills within this realm. On the first hearing some of you will recognize Roland Clark’s vocals, a famous American house music DJ, producer, songwriter and vocalist.
